BioVeL Portal

To better address the needs of scientists and to make it easier to use (BioVeL) workflows, BioVeL has specifically developed the BioVeL Portal. Through a browser, without any preliminary installation, anyone can run (BioVeL) workflows.

The main features of the BioVeL Portal include: (1) Uploading your own workflows or workflows you have obtained from, for example myExperiment, (2) Browse the main features of the workflows, (3) Running workflows, (4) Viewing results, and (5) Downloading and saving results locally.
